有人说英国人最不会吃，我是不认同的。其实伦敦美味又美的餐厅非常多，连常被诟病的英国菜也不赖。Frog主打British contemporary，由英国年轻厨师Adam Handling执掌，主张用英国本地的当季食材配合亚洲烹饪调味技术实现clever cooking. 我点的是5道菜的tasting menu，实际吃下来有7道。每道的摆盘和食材的运用各有巧思，其中我最爱的龙虾尾（需另点）。用和牛的油脂简单烤制而成，火候刚好，鲜香外又多了一分肉甜的口感。
